I just bought this amazing male blue jaw trigger and I'm getting a female on Thursday because I just ordered her. Now the male was at my LFS for 3 weeks and i made sure he was eating and QT prior to getting him. I'm worried the female may not eat because I've have trouble feeding them before because they hide so much. Any suggestions?

I would say let’s not jump ahead. Let’s see what she does. Even though the hide, they will find th food. My coral banded shrimp never comes out. Drop some food in and he pushes my fish out of the way to get to the buffet.

Let hope no issues.

My blue jaw hid for 3 weeks , when I fed frozen he snuck out and ate a couple pieces . After the 3 weeks hes out and about and is the first one to eat all the time .. they are just shy at first he will be fine

Look into hatching baby brine shrimp or getting live black worms if you’re preparing for a fish that may not eat at first.

I got some raw frozen whole shrimp
I was worried at first my blue jaw wasn’t going to get enough to eat , I use a seaweed clip to but the thawed shrimp on in tank , didn’t take long for him to get his share

I can't stop mine from eating. Think they hid for maybe the first day. They eat algae off the clip, anything frozen that goes in my tank, and my fingers if I put those in around feeding time. They beg at the surface as soon as I touch the screen top. In QT the male would spit water at me. He doesn't do it as much now that he's in the DT.
