So its been a while since ive bought blue leg hermit crab…

Coulda swore i paid $1- $1.50 per crab thru my lfs -granted that was a while ago

Then they closed-and got a timor wrasse that demolished so stopped keeping hermits

Not the timor is dead-looking to restock and one of my places nearby asking $4ea to $5ea per hermit

Really not complaining-but shocked- and yes would i like an extra $80-$120 in my pocket-absolutely-how much more else could i buy-love you -have a good day

They are free ninety five where I live. It may be 80% humidity and 96° but living in south Florida has its benefits. You just have to know where to look. I haven't bought hermits in years if not decades.

However just checked and they are 60 cents a piece at my lfs right now.
