I have a 40 gallon thats gonna get two clownfish soon and some softies after about six months. My light schedule was gonna be 10 hours on and rest off but my question was if a fish only needs blue light at all? And if fish do require blue light, how much if that time should be blue light

Fish don’t need blue just but fish look good in 50:50 blue white ratio or even just white imo

I just started a 32 bio cube...fish with live rock at the moment. i was running both lights for 10 hours and started getting algae blooms right away..turned them off and algae went away; my deduction.. lights with no coral= algae. i put the lights on for an hour so to appreciate the fish colors
