I have so far had a FOWLR tank but this week I added 3 Zoas, a Duncan and a bubble tip as my first dip into the coral world.

I used the Coral Dip solution on all but the anemone and didn’t see anything come off.

So far everything is acclimating well.

I have a Blue Hippo, 2 clowns, a Mandarin and a YWG for fish.

Today I see 4 different strings of what looks like blue fish poop possibly. Or maybe poop from the anemone or the Duncan?

Just curious because I’ve never seen it before.

I’m attaching a pic but it’s hard to see.

Ummm... you sure it's not just blue from your lights?

Seriously, can't tell anything from that photo, but coral poop doesn't usually just stick to rocks, it kinda disintegrates into the water.

Yeah I know that pics sucks but it’s all I can get…I used tweezers and actually removed it so it’s not just light. It did pretty much disintegrate except a little bit when I removed it, certainly a “poop” consistency but I haven’t ever seen it that color

I've seen this with snails. Maybe not blue, never went diving for it, but looks the same.
