Received a great score. Picked up a 40 Gal breeder with trigger sump, return pump, bubble curve 5 skimmer, razor led lights with livestock 18 inch snowflake eel, 3 inch radiata lion, flame hawkfish, bicolor angel, blue chromis, and of course 4 inch blue regal all for free. Regal is being a bully and needs to be removed. Should I add him to my 125 gal or take to LFS for a credit? I am worried about aggression with yellow tang in 125 gal and eventually outgrowing tank.

I feel it is best to rehome the regal tang. It would likely do ok for a year or so, even with the yellow tang, but will likely get aggressive again once he grows more.

Kick him to the sump for a month and give him a reality check. He will be a model citizen when he is the last fish added to your tank. Ive done this with my yellow tang 2 or 3 times

Sell him or trade to LFS for credit. A 125 isn't quite big enough, imo. Somewhere in the 180-240 is best.
