I recently picked up this blue spotted puffer and noticed his eyes seemed cloudy. I tried looking at photos online some showing similar eyes and others seemingly clear. Just curious if someone could tell me if this is something they think needs treating. Thank you.

I can't tell. Can you try for a video under whiter light? Puffers have weird eyeshine, and I can't tell if that's what is showing in the video or if the fish has cataracts for flukes.

Glazed over pretty good
Assure your ammonia and nitrate are Not elevated. This could have stemmed from an injury as they are very curious puffers amongst a tank. Treatment in Quarantine will be Maracyn/maracyn 1 which is ethromyacin for 5 days. With the glaze, flukes may be possible

Is breathing normal or labored? Does it at times look like its yawning ?
Is fish scratching or twitching?

Seems to be acting fine. No sudden movements, eating well. Not scratching or twitching and I haven’t really seen it’s mouth open except during feeding. I know it’s hard to tell from the picture and maybe I’m just paranoid from doing online research, but does it look to have small blotches towards the middle and tail end of its body?

I would treat with Maracyn- very effective eye treatment

I can see the two pale areas on the body, but cannot say if they are an issue or not. The eyes are a bit more reflective than I am used to seeing, but that could just be a function of your tank lighting. The eyes don't look cloudy like they would for flukes or bacteria.

I would just watch it for now. If the pale areas increase in size or numbers, consider giving the tank a prazipro treatment (reef safe).
