Glazed over pretty goodI recently picked up this blue spotted puffer and noticed his eyes seemed cloudy. I tried looking at photos online some showing similar eyes and others seemingly clear. Just curious if someone could tell me if this is something they think needs treating. Thank you.
I can't tell. Can you try for a video under whiter light? Puffers have weird eyeshine, and I can't tell if that's what is showing in the video or if the fish has cataracts for flukes.

Seems to be acting fine. No sudden movements, eating well. Not scratching or twitching and I haven’t really seen it’s mouth open except during feeding. I know it’s hard to tell from the picture and maybe I’m just paranoid from doing online research, but does it look to have small blotches towards the middle and tail end of its body?beautiful puffer !!
Is breathing normal or labored? Does it at times look like its yawning ?
Is fish scratching or twitching?
I would treat with Maracyn- very effective eye treatmentSeems to be acting fine. No sudden movements, eating well.
