Blue Spot Jawfish are so much fun!

I've had mine for almost three months now and everything is going great (fingers crossed). I keep my tank at 75° - 77°F, and have tons of crushed coral and fine sand for the BDJ to dig in. He is also the biggest fish in the tank, and is intimidated by no one. I frequently see watespots on the glass top, so it is doing its job to kep him in the tank, I'm working on a screen for more cooling.

Cheers!

Did you ever use a lid?
Not all had jumped out.. This was through a 4 year span. Some just didn't make it. A lot started to do this scale rubbing along the rocks as if it had parasites so after a few I started dipping. Once the jawfish was stressed in anyway, it was game over.

Well after reading this thread I pulled the trigger and bought one today for 65 I thought I got a good deal also.
