I've had this puffer about a month and only just noticed this today. It's still eating very well, no behavioral signs of stress. I'm thinking HLLE, but it'd be weird timing since I just started dosing food with Zoe + Selcon a couple of weeks ago. I also just added my first anenome, a rock flower anenome, possibly a sting? Tankmates: Engineer gobies, Yellow tang, Dwarf Fuzzy Lionfish, Marine Comet. Excuse my cyano outbreak.

Evening

I would guess injury or abrasion. I would keep an eye on it for infection. I think the selcon and zoecon are good products to continue to use.

See if anyone else has some other diagnosis

Just wanted to update, the spot seems to have healed and he's doing well, must have been an abrasion or small infection.
