Blue Spot Toby vs Papua Toby

Thinking about adding a Toby to my zoa / softies dominated nano tank. Any major difference in behavior between the two species? aka is one more reef safe than the other? or is it more dependent on the specimen's personality

It's dependent on the specimen, but most are a risk with zoas.

How are they with smaller fish? (Blennies, small clownfish, gobies etc)

YMMV, but my bluespotted puffer doesn't bother anybody except a small valentini puffer when it gets to close to him. He just lunges at him but doesn't nip or chase him.

I was thinking of adding one in my Red Sea Nano (21G) - is that enough space for a toby?
