Blue Spotted Jawfish Disease?

Hi I posted in fish discussion and have found new information regarding my blue spotted jawfish. Can I get help identifying what he or she might have?

Tough to see anything in the photo except that it should be in a burrow and it’s not- always a bad sign with these. What a the history of the fish, water quality, etc?
To be honest, these are on my “fish to avoid” list - I used to do pretty well with them, but in recent years, they’ve been much more problematic. They really don’t handle high temperatures very well.

I’d move the pistol to a compartment so the jawfish can make a secure burrow. They really stress out in the open like that.
