Blue spotted puffer with lumps

I noticed last night that my puffers stomach is getting swollen, and not it looks like it has pea sized lumps. Does anyone know what is going on??

I don’t see any swelling, it actually looks a bit thin. Maybe you are just seeing food that is being digested? Is the fish eating well?

Well it’s hard to see in the picture, but he forsure has what looks like pea sized lumps. But yes, he’s eating everything I throw in there like normal. Eats like a hoss lol

That looks like it could be gravel that's stuck to its belly.
