Tomorrow hubby will be coming home with one of these guys. His coworker no longer wants it. He's coming with his tank and stuff but I don't know anything about saltwater aquariums.
Can we get a saltwater angelfish as a tank mate? What does he get along with?
I'm not even sure what to do about his water. I have 2 freshwater tanks. I'm hoping we didn't take on too much

What size tank is this? Most large angelfish need at least 6 feet tanks and the dwarf angel fish need at least 50-75 gallon tanks.

I would make sure to do research on basic saltwater keeping. You dont want to take something and have it die. Make sure you just research the basics. I did research and looked at stuff for a couple months before I decided to do anything, to make sure I was prepared for everything.

Which is what I would have preferred to do, nobody else would take it so he said we would. She thinks it's a55 bowfront. I won't get a tank mate until I'm comfortable with the tank. I'm really nervous
