any specific thing that brings out blues? My bonsai, blueberry fields, and rainbow monti. All lost their blue. They have turned a pale purple/grey. Any ideas for getting it back?

.25 po4 like me lol! Led tank makes my blue sps purple with no t5 supplement

So I noticed today that it's not my SPS. It's all my blue stuff. Even my chalices and zoas with blue have faded away. It's really weird. I must have some nutrient deficient

Thanks for the link. So very odd/coincidental is I stopped dosing iodine about a month ago. Specifically Lugols. Because I really didn't think it was helping.

It's going to be cool to see what the ICP says and I'm going to start dosing again tomorrow. Sounds like I'll need some before and after pics

Thanks man, you always point me in the right direction

Got my ICP back. Both iodine and potassium were low. Go figure. So ill be dosing those over the next weeks and seeing if that improves my blues. The only other thing low in the test was manganese, which i wont worry about.

Glad to hear you found the culprit man.

He just likes to show over saturated pics with no info to help. Give this a read man. Since your other corals are affected I'm guessing nutrient/chemistry related.

I wrote something a while back about this article. It was mostly about how it is misleading and most of it not really true, the parts that are helpful pertain to mostly uln tanks. The fact they use a green digi as a representative of yellow coral says it all. Not sure what they did to make it look yellow but I know it wasn't what they suggest to do in the article. Probably just camera tricks.
Blue imo will need a good light with the right spectrum. 10k halide bulbs are the best at bringing out solid blues in new growth.
