So if I understand correctly, carbon removes Prazi from the water correct? If so, I was running Carbon through the HOB filter when this was dosed yesterday, so should I re-dose today or should I wait until the next dose, remove the carbon, and go that way?
I would wait until the next dose (5-7 days) and then hit them with an extra round (5-7 days later) for good measure. The problem with adding more Prazipro right now is you have no idea how much/how little the carbon actually removed.

Carbon removes the prazi. View it as not having been effectively dosed this time. Do a water change, remove the carbon, then treat again.

A more general question - we've only seen 1 female come out from the sand (and we haven't seen her since); however, one still hasn't made an appearance. We're going on 8 days not since introduction into the QT and I was wondering at what point should we start "worrying." I tested the ammonia today and it was at 0 - my assumption is that at this level there couldn't be a body decomposing in QT underneath the sand - but wanted to get your opinions?

Question of opinion. When qt'ing I've almost never had any leopards hide very long like days at a time. But I'm also checking very often. Generally the ones that made it into my displays are out all day everyday. I say generally because they sometimes skip a day but very seldom. I do have a potters that stayed buried for about 4 months. I finally saw him one morning and saw that as soon as my ornate woke up it was game on with non stop hunting him down. Removed the ornate to another Tank and the potters has been out and happy ever since.

If it hasn't popped up yet, there is a possibility it is coming up at night. If not,it is concerning, as their metabolism when young is pretty high. Though there are occurrences of leopards staying buried for a couple of weeks.

So my wife actually saw both of them out this morning at lights on but unfortunately only 1 was still out when I did the first feeding (she ate like a champ!). Maybe I'll check in the morning tomorrow before lights on and toss some stuff in so they both can eat and hopefully she comes around soon to the time zone

So 1 female is coming out regularly on schedule now; however, outside of 1 fleeting sighting we still haven't seen the 2nd. Ammonia is still in check, so I'm going to give her more time and hopefully she comes out 
On another note, the Male Blue Star was harassing the Female Blue Star for the first few days she came out (chasing around and what not although no nipping from what I could see). Now they are good for the most part; however, he's started getting pretty aggressive towards the Male Exquisite Fairy I have in QT as well, keeping him near the top of the tank (although I haven't seen any frayed fins or anything). Should I give them a day or two to sort it out or should I try putting one in "timeout" (AKA a container that hangs on the inside of the QT that's separated)
On another note, the Male Blue Star was harassing the Female Blue Star for the first few days she came out (chasing around and what not although no nipping from what I could see). Give the aggression a couple days to calm down. Thank you both for the quick responses and I'll monitor. Odd thing is that they've been fine for 10 days or so now, it's only been since he's seen the female. Seems like boys will be boys regardless of the species

Quick update, 2nd female has been out and about today as well as eating! Interestingly enough, the aggression (chasing) from the Male Blue Star towards the Female Blue Stars has completely stopped since they've been both out. He's still chasing the Exquisite around but hopefully they will work out their issues soon

Just another quick update - the Blue Star Male hasn't let up on the Fairy since last week and today it was so bad that the Fairy wiggled his way through the opening in the egg crate. Fortunately I was in the room and quickly got him back in the tank. I decided to go ahead and move the Fairy into my other QT tank for now which has much more docile inhabitants, they just finished Cu treatment last week and only have 1 more dose of Prazi to go, so hopefully he'll settle in nicely. Any suggestion for when I move them to the DT - should I put the Fairy in a few days before the Blue Star harem?

Based on their past, I would definitely give the fairy a couple of day head start before adding the leopards.
Also you may want to keep an eye on all those other fish and the exquisite for another month of observation before putting them all in. The fairy iirc hasn't had any type of ich treatment so on the slim chance there is ich in the previous tank, the fairy wrasse could have now brought it back to the other tank.

Got it, thanks for the confirmation!
You are correct, we opted not to treat the 20G with Cu, just Prazi given the inhabitants. My plan was to definitely watch the 29G for a while post-introduction to make sure nothing pops up which requires further treatment.
