Blue Tang acting crazy

Anyone ever have this problem with their blue tang I know they can generally acting like a spaz all the time and love to lay sideways in between tight pieces of rock but today mine has been especially nuts. She started out swimming sideways and upside down now it’s just laying in between rock like normal but not at rest it’s constantly twitching and shaking almost like it’s having a seizure (not even sure if fish can have those) everything else in the tank seems to be doing fine and has no issues. My water parameters are all in check minus my nitrates which I have had an ongoing battle with by they are finally coming down. So I have no idea what is wrong with the tang if anyone else has had this problem just any advice would be appreciated
