Blue tang eating acan frags.

Raised this guy from a baby. A friend of mine gave me some new acan frags. When he was hungry atack them until eat them completely. Any experience like this? There is some algae in the aquarium and I feed twice a day. Never did that until Now but ate all the frags.

Cant say I have heard that before, but I had a couple dying acan frags and my mimic picked and ate the acans as well, but never a healthy frag.

I had sexy shrimp eating my acans.. I thought they were dead, but I left it and they came back to life.

Yep. Hippo tangs will eat fleshy LPS corals. I had one that ripped chunks out of a Trachyphyllia.
