Blue tang got a splinter on his mouth?

Came home today and saw this there's a splinter on his mouth or something and I'm not sure how to deal with it.

You could see it clearly for the last picture on his mouth.

Looks more like a parasitic worm than a bristle spine or a foreign body type splinter to me.

If you want to rule out a parasite do a 5 min FW dip and if it stays pluck it with tweezers on the way back to the DT
