Blue Tang has ich? Or flakes ??

I have done a saltwater dip and used melafix on him and nothing has changed and I'm really worried he might pass. I don't want to lose my first saltwater fish I got..

I been feeding Nori flakes and the Brine shrimps. My other fishes seems fine only my tang is like this.

Would Melafix work to help heal this ?

I would switch to a more nutrient rich food such as mysis and give the tang algae sheets to graze on. A good diet will help with this
