hello guys
I am trying to rescue my blue tang, so he got ick, ( white spots )
I put the fish to quarantine tank, I used fritz coppersafe as medicine
I replace the water every day due to ammonia issue ( I know it it is a small 10g tank) I do what I can.

after 2 days , the fish is worse, more white spots, blue colors is less visible, and the fish is not swimming anymore, it is on the side.
the fish survived the night,

what else can I do?
what can I do to prevent those issue in the future?

to add, not the fish is swiming and it is like gasping for the air, it is swimming on the top of the tank,

Sounds like you might be dealing with velvet if you have seen more spots. Any way you can snap a photo for us?

Kinda blurry but it kinda does look like a mixture of Velvet and Ich. Would definitely try and keep your copper at 2.0. How are you checking the copper levels as well? I do believe instead of water changes you can add prime to help with the ammonia. But let me find the tread first.

Here we go. Humblefish did use copper power and not copper safe. But theoretically it’s the same type of copper.

looks like velvet, turn the light off and leave it alone, dont feed it too much just let it recover.

I have a media bag for my quarantine tank filter. After use, I throw away and start a new batch. This will solve your ammonia issue. Fyi.

Signs and symptoms sound like Velvet, especially with that picture. It's a nasty parasite. A freshwater dip can temporarily alleviate the symptoms. Beyond that, standard copper treatment and you should be okay.

honestly I did not check the copper, I will buy today hanna checker for copper, I do not have it, and I though ( petco guys told me) after you add it, it will be ok,
I will by it today as soon as I can

A couple of things you can do:

With a "chelated" copper like Copper Power or Coppersafe, you can dose Prime to help control ammonia.

A freshwater dip will help remove some of the parasites from the fish's gills that are probably hindering the fish's breathing. But be aware if the fish is too weak to withstand the FW dip it might not make it through the dip. It's best to do these dips early on.

Are you running a small powerhead in the tank to add O2 into the water column to help the fish breathe better? Aim the powerhead up to the surface so it's actively rippling the water's surface.
