Blue Tang Looks Sick ( After 2 Years)

My blue tang has not been eating for about 3 days now. He used to eat like heck and was fine. Now he doesnt come out to eat. Also on his black side of his body has a faint white cloudiness on him. My water quality isnt the best.
What should i do. Also my other fish are all fine .

Hi, we’ll need more background information as well as pictures/video taken under white light.
