Blue tang losing coulour

I just freshwater dipped the fish for 3 minutes and a half because the tang had bad white spot. I also thought these white blotches on his cheek would fall of but they didnt. I know think that it is a diseases beacuse i came out of nowhere. Also week 4 is the tests I did before and I'm currently buffing the calcium all and some of the other things

I can't right now since they have gone to bed by he has it on both cheeks and all the fish's tails are kinda freid I know not right spelling

Yes, a better/closer picture would help., so would a list of other fish in the tank. How long have you had this fish and when was the last time you added a new fish?

I see the tail damage, that sure looks like another fish has damaged it. The white spot on its face looks like it could be from running into a rock, or wedging itself into a crevice.

Actually he likes to do both of those things when he goes to bed. Also it would be my scopas tang who are making those taila like that he is a bully
