Blue Tang tail weird spot, need help pls

Hi everyone, Mmy blue tang get the weird spot on his tail, can anyone help me to know what is it ? And how to deal with it ? Any medication or treatment ? Hes in my DT now. Thanks for all advices.

How long have you had the tang?
How long has it had the spot?
Did the spot show up all at once, or grow larger over days?
Is it showing any other symptoms?

This isn't a symptom of any of the normally communicable diseases. Most likely a secondary bacterial infection due to a previous injury of some sort.

There isn't any treatment you can do in your DT. If it gets worse, you would need to treat with antibiotics in a treatment tank. Many of these cases heal on their own though.

I just notice that spot 2 days ago and cant tell it growing bigger or not. Anyway, Thank you so much Jay, I will leave him alone in DT for now and Hopefully , he can heal it by himself.
