Blue tank it swells?

Hi all.
I need your help.
We leave in Greece and our aquarium is over2.5 years old.
In the beginning we didn't have any problems with any fish and special with blue tanks but now our fish swells! It's the 4 we bought and it happened again.
All of our measurements are good .

did anyone had the same problem?

Can you please provide a white light picture with blues off so we can see the fish better?

It is hard to see with that picture - do you mean it swells 'all over' - or just in certain spots. Is it many swellings or just one? Are you talking about the abdomen?

Do you Quarantine your fish or treat for parasites before putting in the tank?

This appears to be a skin infection/ irritation which has become infected and even can be reaction to copper exposure especially if overdosed.

As the others said, we need a clearer picture. A video would also help.

Do the fish that swell end up dying?
