I think it has a swim bladder problem or air in it’s GI but would like a second opinion. Also any ideas for remedies? I would prefer not to remove him but if anyone has idea please lmk. He is eating like a champ and can swim normal when it’s time to eat.

how long has it been swimming like this? I have a basslet that hangs out under a rock overhang and is always on its side. when it comes out it swims fine.

Can you take a picture under white light? A video would help as well. Take a look at the link below my name here - it describes other information that would be helpful to know.
Thanks,
Jay

he seems to be doing a bit better. Probably been like this for 3-4 days. If I turn the whites only he might not come out. He’s eating great and swims end to end no problem it’s just when he wants to hover but I’ll say this watching him now he has better balance. Maybe air in his go tract?
