I have a blue tip saebae that looked exactly like yours when I first brought it home. Now after 4 months, it has changed completely purple. Loves to move around the top shelf of my rock structure

I've heard the same - I attempted to "save" a Seabae from a LFS years ago (Nowadays I never support "saving" critters from any petstore. A sale is a sale to business and doesn't change behaviors if revenue is produced..). My Seabae was completely bleached out, a gaping mouth, and bulb foot(Triple threat!). The color came back(tanish/cream) but the damaged foot was the nail in the coffin.
UTEP - Did it attached to that rock? If so, I'm jealous! I understand getting a seabae to attach and recover during acclimation is one of the rougher barriers to keeping this species. Please post pictures as time passes - looks like you got a good one! Awesome!

You have a bleached H. crispa. The tentacle length is a good sign that it hasn't started to consume itself for energy.

Are theses nems hard to keep?
Everything I read online was pointing to a difficult anemone to take care of. I think it has to do with great water quality and some great lights. I feed it once a week. It's about 10in in diameter now. Love it!
