blue wave pulse start remote ballast

anybody familiar with this type of ballast?--- does it only fire german ushio and radium bulbs or can they fire any mh bulb

This is the ideal ballast for the 400 Radiums, but I don't believe the Ushio will fire correctly under it. It prefers a probe start ballast if I am not mistaken.
