Right now my blues are set at 90% and whites at 25%. My tank will have mostly softies and some LPS. Should I add more white? Also I run my lights for 10.5 hours normally. How many hours should I run when light acclimating corals? Thank you.

It all depends on the type of corals, placement in your tank and your water parameters. It seems that most corals grow better with white light but look more appealing under blues. Unwanted algae growth is ramped up with the red end of the spectrum.
Acclimation time is always done over a longer period of time for best results and minimization of bleaching in corals or reduced polyp extension.
Best to play around with your lighting and see what works best for your tank and the corals you have in it or plan to add in the future.
