Blue Yellow tail damsel disease id

Hey guys, blue yellow tail damsel seems fine but had a little blotch or growth on lip a few days ago and now its gotten bigger I need a quick ID so i know what im dealing with.

It's a bit hard to tell from the first few photos, but the last one ... maybe ... looks a bit like Lymphocystis. Lymphocystis is a virus, so it's not "curable" in the traditional sense. The good news is that Lympho is roughly equivalent to cold sores (another virus) in humans, and generally fades away on its own with good food, low stress, and good water conditions. In rare cases, it is capable of growing large enough to interfere with a fish's ability to feed - given the location of this spot, that's something to watch for.
