Blue Zoo Aquatics contact on R2R?

I’d like to know if any Blue Zoo people frequent these forums and/or can contact me regarding a very important issue… offline, not in public thread (it is not related to their livestock which always arrive in great shape!). And no I’m not trying to sell a timeshare in FLA

We’ve tried the normal customer service route both on phone and via generic email inbox which doesn’t get us to someone who can resolve. Googling and LinkedIn have not been helpful.
