Blueface angel sick

She passed. And yes I will post a video when I get home of the other fish. My boyfriend says they all appear normal. But I will for sure post later!
Here is a video of the others breathing

Ps ignore my BF yappin in the background lol

The other fish look normal (for now anyway).

The timing and the diffuse white spots on the blueface have me thinking about flukes. What can happen is that if fish have flukes really bad, when you dose with prazipro, all the flukes drop off, leaving hundreds of open holes in the fish. The fish then either bleeds out, or develops secondary bacterial infection.

I think you need to dose the tank a second time with Prazipro, 8 days after the first, to protect the remaining fish. Then, just sit back and watch them closely. Do not add any new fish to this tank for 45 days, you don't want to expose them to something that might still be in your tank.

Noticed my butterfly fish acting strange. He is in the same tank as the angel was. Hard to tell cause he always is a little spazzy but just wanted you to take a look at him! He always has had a faster breathing rate since I got him and I dont see anything on him at all. First butterfly fish so Im not to sure what their norm is

Do you have a video?

In the case of butterflyfish, they should normally breath slower than about 120 gill beats per minute (try counting for 15 seconds and multiply by 4).

I cant get him to be in my view for 15 seconds I just tried several times! Thats the reason I named him Dash. Swims faster and more than even my tangs do, he cruises that 6 foot tank!
I can tell the fish is breathing too fast. It is also “twitchy”. To me, that points to gill flukes.
Is the fish in a tank that you can run hyposalinity in? If not, you may need to run multiple Prazipro treatments.
