BlueFish and Steve's LED - "Moonlight" Setting

I have been making progress on learning my Steve's LED and Bluefish controller for my Biocube 32. Watching Octo Aquatics programming youtube video showed entering a .1 for "moonlight". When I do that, there is no light. Nothing below a 1 works. Is that normal, or am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

A power cycle of all equipment and restart of program made the .1 work as needed. Thanks!
