Bluefish controller help

I was given a set of Steve’s LED for a bio cube. I am trying to connect the controller to either my iPhone or android tablet and can not get it to connect. It does it blinking connection and the says connecting to server then fails.

I was given a set of Steve’s LED for a bio cube. I am trying to connect the controller to either my iPhone or android tablet and can not get it to connect. It does it blinking connection and the says connecting to server then fails.

All I can say is w/ my Bluefish mini it took 2 days and 3 different devices to successfully "Blynkup".
Biggest tech pia in a long while..

Finally got it to blink up now I just can not get it to turn on the lights. The app is terrible!!! I am glad it was given to me and I did not pay $200 for it
