bluetooth on radion g5?

i have had my g5 for 8. months now and all the sudden it does not want to connect bluetooth i factory reset it and i still can't connect now i dont have a schedule and i dont know what % of the light i am useing just going off eye smh i am looking for any suggestions.

it happens from time to time here as well.
What I normally do is: unplug the Radion for a few minutes and also I tun off the bluetooth and Wi-Fi of my mobile for a few seconds.
Most of the time, by doing just the first part is already enough.

There is a master reset procedure using the 3 buttons on the g5 unit. You will have to google search it tho cause I can’t find it

i did that still wont connect the light to the mobius app and my light ontop is amber.

I unplugged it, then removed from tank in mobius and re-added it when mine did that, that button process didn't work for me either

I cant access my tank on mobius.

Call ecotech, may be as easy as factory reset create new tank and voila

I was told my ecotech I need to send mine in, after paying a big buck for these lights now extra on Shipping and repair because the light needs to be upgraded come on what a ripoff

I’m guessing is a faulty Bluetooth chip since it works and doesn’t for most people
