Lame excuse by your LFS. They can always accept it, and put it in the back for a day. Whats the difference between going in their store and touching all the boxes and not buying?

I agree. All stores near me are not accepting returns now including Wal Mart too.

If it was food product, I get it but that can be easily wipe down with disinfectant wipe and keep a happy customer.
