Bobbit or not?

I pulled this out of a rock this morning, looking for. Positive ID of bobbit worm. If so, are they solitary or should I look for more before putting the rock back?

This is the reason I've been thinking about getting a yellow coris wrasse. I think these worms have the potential to get up to 2-3 feet long.

Up North, we call Instigate's worm a "clam worm" and we used them for bait for anything from Flounder to Striper's. And, they bite. I used to hate using them. Trauma from my childhood.
