So today I saw a little worm head pop out of my front rock. Wasn’t able to snap a picture off cuz he was not staying out for too long. Will try to get a good shot soon. I’m 90% sure it’s a Bobbit as I saw the spines and then the antennas on the top of his head.

Anyway, I don’t think I want to mess with a trap as I’ve read they aren’t always effective. Instead I’m just going to take the rock that he resides in and place it in the sump. I’ll try and get him into a difference rock once he’s in the sump so that I can put the rock back. If not, no big deal, my tank is currently in a rebuild state and only a candy cane coral resides on the rock. Easily relocate the candy cane.

My question is, can I keep this little worm boy in the sump/refugium without any possibility of problems?

Nope, he'll wind up getting through the return pump, in pieces which will become more worms. Best to get rid of it, they are fish killers.

He will be fine in the fuge of your sump would love to see pics...

If you are able to get a piece I've been looking for one. If selling it let me know.
