Could this be the answer too my missing shrimps and not being able too keep new ones for longer than a month or so.

Been trying to find out for around 6monyhs now what could be happening to my shrimps, at first thought maybe the bubble tips were the villains but highly unlikely and then someone today at my lfs mentioned that maybe a have a hitchhiker of some sort like a bobbit or mantis and advised me to get a flash light on the tank when lights have been out for a few hours and see what maybe was going on.

Now I am hoping this is the villain and now I can start to add a few shrimps again.

What you guys think.

I bet that’s whats been taking out the shrimp. You can also sell them

Doesn’t look like a bobbit worm.

I try to avoid having these crawly things in my tank altogether, so I’ll leave it to others to identify what it actually is.

Agree it’s not a bobbit but a very large thing that wouldn’t be living in my tank!!

Would you say this is a likely culprit to my missing shrimps and what the he'll is it, surely not just large bristle worm?
