Can a bonded pair of clownfish become unbounded? I have had a pair in quarantine for 2 weeks. At first all went as expected. Now the male seems to be showing more dominance and they do not seem to be as much of a “pair”

I suffered the same issue unfortunately. Changing their environment seems to unsettle some pairs, so much so that the male will decide it wants to be boss.
I tried to separate mine with a breeder net when things got too much but unfortunately the fish had too many injuries by that point
