ook and liked it... This is a cheap build....Tank, Sump , Starter lights, heaters and all pumps were given to her.... I built a stand ... Washes and cleaned sand and rock and built structures...

Yes turbo snails.... Diatoms are almost gone... I added a small yellow tang today.... I am going to go slow ... Hope to wait till around Xmas to add first corals... I added 3 larger peices of 4 year old live rock to aid the cycle as I am cycling the rest of the rock structures in the tank...I will pull the 3 large peices and get the scape exactly where I want it when the tank is completely stable and I am ready to add corals... I predrilled a bunch of frag holes in the rock before getting them in water..Its a little to even across the top but I can put some base rock under some to create what I want... When I get rid of the live seed rock it will open up the scape alot more... This will have a 40 gallon refugium under it and a 24x24 x 14 frag tank along side it when it is done. Might take a few years to grow out corals so everyone isn't looking for little blue bearded men sleeping under the mushrooms... My idea is making it look more bonsia then mushroom when the corals get to growing

Put a couple frogspawn frags in to get the start of the look of bonsai instead of mushrooms...
