Hello R2R,

I just got done reading Saltwater Tanks for Dummies. I am interested in learning about any other good resources for beginners.

I'm interested in building a Reef tank. I'm shooting for something larger than 35 gallons. I plan on having a few fish and a good clean up crew. Hope that helps.

Thank you

Welcome to R2R! Reefing changes faster than books can be written and edited. Online forums and groups are your best bet. As far as books go there are several out there that are great for learning about fish and corals but they tend to lean towards highly scientific. I do enjoy Coral magazine.

You might find this better than a book

It’s not a book, but the 52 weeks reefing on BRS TV (you tube) is a good place to start. Also the five minute guide to Reefing from BRS TV is also good. 52 weeks series is a little bit outdated now but this forum can help you with the latest information. I’m not sure I would buy a book by the time it’s published the information is out of date.
also the comprehensive guide that someone mentioned above on this website is valuable.
