Do all 2 part additives contain borate? Are these additives ok to use or will the ones without borate be better?

No, not all contain appropriate amounts. DIY two parts (like BRS) won’t unless you use Balling Part C instead of the part three of the DIY.

So it's ok to use if they have borate in then? I was looking at the BRS 2 part and noticed that when you add C it adds it just like you said.

I’m not sure what you are asking. It’s ok and desirable to have an appropriate amount of borate in a 2/3 part. It’s not best to have too much (Seachem had a historic love affair with borate in products) and I would not use an ordinary alk supplement that contained borate since that is being added for a different, and not appropriate, reason.
