Borbonius help

Hi guys. Im having a mini ich outbreak since 1 week ago. All fishes been eating well and haven’t lost any fish yet. I notice 2 white dots on my borbonius fin 4 days ago. And its lost the entire fin today. Curious what can cause this. No nipping as far as I’m aware. It’s eating well. Been hiding when lights are at 100 pct. But out swimming when it’s off.

This looks like aggression damage but can be bacterial tail rot
Treat with seachem kanaplex or Maracyn 2 in a separate quarantine setting with added aeration via air stone

Are there any other ways to help it in tank? Not easy to catch it

I agree, this looks like aggression from another fish, possibly followed by secondary bacterial infection of the area.

What other fish are in with it?
Is it still eating?

It’s a 310 gallon tank. Powder blue, gem tang, purple tang, gold flake, flame angel, lyratail, fire goby, blue spot tang, sail fin tang, yellow watchman, royal gramma. Blue tang.

Yeah still eating well. Everything seems fine except the missing fin

btw.. my tank doesnt have any corals yet as im 1 1/2 mths in cycling.. will b anothwr 2 mths before i add corals

Ah, well, with that many fish in there, I don't see a clear culprit. Powder blue and gems can be mean, but they tend to use their scalpels, and that doesn't injure fins like this. The angels might nip at it. There other fish should be fine.
