Both pumps going off at the same time?

I recently have bought 2 eflux wave pumps, and I installed them today. Both of them are going off at the same time though, is that right? I thought they where suppose to switch off and on?Thanks for any help!

Do you have the controller for the pair? The settings on the controller should allow you to alternate the pumps on/off timing.

Yes, I made the first and secondary wave pumps, unless there is other stuff you need to do to get the timing?

This video explains. I believe only one pump should be labeled primary (#2 so that it can be programmed independently).
