Bottom-to-top reef photos

I’ve discovered a different viewing perspective! Anyone else take photos from the bottom of the tank to the surface?

Thanks! At this point full tank shots look pretty much the same month after month. So I’m looking for different views to make things interesting!

It’s Jason Fox orange dragon, which can be called golden dragon by other sellers, I guess! I do assume A. carduus. Does great at the bottom about 28” from 400w MH.

i find this to be my choice of taking photos as well. an angled top to bottom seems zoomed in or warped. obviously pumps off top down is also good

That reflection is stunning, and so is the tank. How old are those colonies?

Thanks! That was my 24”x24”x12” 24 gallon lagoon ( great form factor for coral viewing center especially with this bottom up photography) that I shut down last month before moving them to my new 225g. They were approximately 3 years old at that point.

My tank doesn’t have colonies large enough to pull this off unfortunately but dang your photos are stunning.
