Bought 2 very small clown fish.. proper care?

Hi all, last week Thursday I bought 2 very small Picasso Clownfish. I dripped them for about 3 hours to get their salinity up to 1.026. They were both perfectly fine till Sunday morning. I noticed that one was hiding in the rocks, I thought to myself maybe its hiding in the rocks to get away from the flow...

It pretty much stayed there all day. I get home from work yesterday and it was dead

Now this isnt my first reef tank. This is just a new build.

I started off the new tank with 4oz of Turbostart, Live sand, Marco rock and live rock in the sump from my other tank.

The Seachem ammonia badge reads 0, and still reads zero.

I have been ghost feeding the tank. Now I have 1 very small clown in this big ol tank....

IM going to buy another one but is there any tips I should have for getting them nice and fat and growing? All last week I fed them both LRS Reef Frenzy + Mysis with Selcon.

I feed mine my LFS brand of food. It has spirulina in it and they seem to be doing great and are pretty fat. Frozen food also works for fattening fish.

It would be good to know how old the tank is and what all of your parameters are. It's a bit difficult to see but your rock looks pretty white so is it a new tank?

Also, were the clowns quarantined? Some diseases are very quick killers.

Also in the video it has stringy white poo which can be internal parasites.

I wouldn't bother ghost feeding and just feed the clowns. The live rock will be fine.

Any signs of brooklynella? I recently had some perculas look good for almost a year, then when stressed by a tank move break out with brooklynella and die before I could even receive medicine and treat them. Lesson learned, my fish all received full QT and everything wet enters my DT with a proper fallow period before fish.

Ohh... I did notice stringy white poop...

Yeah.. They are a bit skinny. Now That I only have this tiny guy in a 105g tank feel bad. Needs a friend lol

Perhaps mix up their food with some general cure and focus or such to treat the worms. It's likely the whole batch has it if that one did.

LRS is a very quality food so don't think you did anything wrong there.

Edit: Purchased MetroPlex, coming in tomorrow. Will start dosing the food

Edit: I shouldn't have accepted these fish from the seller. They came wholesale...
