Bought a rock had a fish in it

Hey guys. I bought a live ocean rock from a local fish store and it had a stow away. Can anyone tell me what this fish is? It has a slender 2 in body. It is blue with a black stripe in its face. Its fins are clear. At first I thought it might be a blue wrasse, but not sure.

I have an indigo dottyback and from I can tell in the picture they appear similar.

Meiacanthus smithii but i think its a dottyback
