Bought yellow assessor basslet and keeps getting close mp10.

I have a 20 gallon tank with mp10. Couple days i got Yellow assessor basslets and his small (do they get bigger?) Im being so poranoid he keeps getting close to the mp10. Should i worried? I did buy net protector for mp10,but wont get here untill monday. I do have corals.

Do you still have the foam guard for the mp10?

They should be fine until your protector comes in. Just make sure your pump is not turned up to max because it could accidentally catch the fish if they get too close to it.

No problem if they are healthy.
The likely cause of him hanging out there is that there are no other caves or overhangs for him to seek shelter.

He has plenty of rock. Hes been in his cave since last week that i got him,he finally came out. Its a 20gallon

He has plenty of places to hide. Hes been hiding in tbe back since i got him last week.
