Bounce mushroom splitting or dying?

I have two bounce mushrooms that we’re doing great. I have one now that’s shrunk and lost color over the past week. Not sure why because he was huge and doing great for a long time. My other one (who used to be the smaller one) is still doing good. Is this one splitting or dying? If he was splitting I figure he would’ve done it by now.
