Bounce Rock Flower Anemone

Ok, just kidding. However, my favorite RFA has developed a hugely swollen tentacle over the last few weeks. Caused by injury? Genetics? Anything I should do about it?

Ive seen mine do it occassionally. Dont know why though. And i never worried about it always went back to norm.
