Bounce?

Perhaps this is a stupid question, but what exactly qualifies as a bounce? Is it it a particular type of mushroom? Is it any mushroom that forms bubble-like growths? I'm not sure of the name of this type of mushroom but several have started getting these growths. Bounce or something else going on?

There is a mushroom that is known as bounce and has permanent and colorful bubbles on them. Many mushrooms such as gump will develop a bubble that gives many owners a false sense of bounce which is not. At some point, it will deflate and be gone. As I did not- take pics before it vanishes.
